Specialized
Treatment Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT involves identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and beliefs. The therapist works with the client to develop more balanced and constructive ways of thinking, which in turn influence behavior and emotional regulation. It is a structured, goal-oriented process that focuses on the present.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR therapy is primarily used to treat trauma and PTSD. It can also be used to treat anxiety, phobias, depression, OCD, chronic pain, low self-esteem, and many other conditions. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that is used universally. It is a structured therapy that involves the client recalling experiences while the therapist directs their eye movements. This process is thought to help the brain reprocess memories, thereby reducing their emotional impact.
Telehealth Services
Experience therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Our telehealth services offer therapy sessions through digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience. Whether you're unable to travel or prefer the familiarity of your own environment, our telehealth options provide the same quality of care as in-person sessions.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices. It emphasizes the development of four key skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. This therapy is particularly effective for individuals who experience intense emotions.
Gottman Method for Couples
This method is focused on improving the relationship between couples. It involves assessments and interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory. The therapy helps couples build love maps, share fondness and admiration, turn towards instead of away, maintain a positive perspective, manage conflict, make life dreams come true, and create shared meaning.
Play Therapy
Specializing in children's therapy, Play Therapy uses the universal language of play as a medium for expression and communication. It allows children to explore and articulate their experiences and emotions in a natural, guided process. This form of therapy is particularly effective in helping children process emotions and experiences in a way that is intuitive and comfortable for them.
